I currently work as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within one of the local GP practices within Elgin. Having worked previously in Dr Grays and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. And I am looking forward to helping Scotia Medical Group develop and deliver our services.

I have extensive clinical experience that I hope to bring to Scotia Medical Group, bringing my advanced clinical skills and non-medical prescribing, which I gained through my masters degree. I am also an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider, an Immediate Life Support (ILS) Instructor and have completed the pre-hospital emergency care (PHEC) course.

Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I hope to help share my skills and knowledge with others to provide the best care possible. It is vitally important to have well trained volunteers and members of the public. Especially, in light of Martyn’s law coming into effect and the lessons learned from the Manchester Arena Attack.

I also bring both management and governance experience, from within the NHS and other third sector organisations. I hope to use these skills to help develop our service.

I am excited to be a part of Scotia medical group and look forward to working with the team to continue delivering excellent patient care.
